Time To Start Packing
Introduction
Good Afternoon to all you lovely people at the Great WA Family, as always do so hope that you are all keeping both safe and well.
Apart from being a little older, OK, a year, I am not quite sure just where the week has gone too.
Apart from the England game yesterday which was most enjoyable, I did dress fairly smartly to suit the occasion, my old parade suit, which amazed me it was the easiest to do up for a long time, must have lost a little around the waistline! Possibly as a result of the gardening that I have been doing.
The Last Few Days
Did go to the Dentists to check that the extraction was healing OK, as I do not have to go for another six months, things must be proceeding as they should do!
I called in at the Garden Centre to get some large saucers to stand some of the pots in while I am away, was very good that is all I bought, apart from having a Ham Sndwich and a Cup of Tea in the Cafe. (Very expensive!!).
Done some more weeding, in fact you may recall that sometime ago I cleared the bottom corner of my garden, which was very overgrown, surprise, surprise the weeds have come back, so I have made a start on the corner again, this garden continues to fight me!
Sammy's Garden has Dutch Iris, Dodecothan and one or two other flowers showing, apaart from the bind weed they do look nice, as do the Peonies,
I have done some work on the business mainly research and studying, still trying to deide which website to use! I have put some articles on a USB to look at if I get bored whilst I am away, at the worst that is something to look forward too when I get back!!
Must have a think and decide where to go next in my training, I do have enough articles and notes to enable me to search and learn just what I want, it is all still too much trouble for me at the moment.
One bright moment of the week, when my youngest Grandson came to see me, we were chatting, and, he finally said that he would like to learn to write a blog. I gave him a quick look at some of my websites and WA. As a result I have a pupil to teach when I get back from holiday, it will of course be centred around WA.
If I am honest I am looking forward to it, I loved teaching when I was both in the Air Force and in Civilian Life, after retiring from active service. He does know what subject the he wishes to write about which is half the battle.
When I finish this I will have another go at trying to reconnect my emails, then I will go in the garden before I start to pack for my journey in the morning. Will go to the Garage first as I need to fill up before I leave. Will be taking sandwiches and a drink this time, lesson learned from my trip to Bournemouth.
The Next Few Days
This is very easy for a change, I will be in total relax mode all week at Torquay, I plan to arrive in early afternoon tomorrow and will return early on Saturday morning.
Must confess I am really looking forward to this trip as intend to make it a real hoiday.
Be happy,healthy and wealthy.
Please do take care and stay safe.
God Bless
Stuart

Hey VH
Staying busy has been just what you needed. The garden sounds like it's a challenge but you're up for it.
RELAX and ENJOY your trip. Be safe! I must admit, I'm jealous. I need a trip badly but don't like to do things alone. Sometimes you do need that though so I'm taking your lead and thinking about it more.
Talk to you when you return!

Your VW
Hi VW,
Despitebeing involved in many tasks that involve others, I really am quite a loner in some ways, think nothing of taking myself off somewhere, but I do like company, OK, I am just strange.
By the way I have my emails back, a little thought and a fiddle and back it came.
Just having to delete rather a lot of mails that have gathered in my absence.
Will chat on my return.
Just take care have a great week.
God Bless.

That's wonderful about your grandson! I can totally understand that you are looking forward to teaching him. It'll be a great way to have a common interest. How old is he? Does he live close by? How often does he usually come to see you? (With two grandchildren myself, I'm just being nosey. - And I have a parenting website, so I am always nosey where children and their interests are concerned.)
Definitely a good idea to take sandwiches and a drink rather than buying vastly overpriced ones at a service station.
Have a lovely, relaxing holiday!
Isabella
Thanks Isabella, my grandson was 21 the other week, he is the youngest of my two Garndsons, the other is thirty.
Take care,
Stuart

Enjoy the Vacation time and get that grandson hopping on the blog arena, I am betting his young ideas will grow a tribe in no time.
