Stuart at the SAC - Week 24
Introduction
Good Morning to you all at the wonderful WA, trust that you are all in fine health whatever time of day it is where you are. If you are asleep, all I can say is lucky you!
Not been too bad these last few days, do get myself in a tangle at times, but that is either lack of organisation, confusion, old age, procrastination or can I really be bothered to do that today.
The Last Three Days
Have done nothing towards the challenge apart from my daily chat and keeping my twice weekly blog going. The reasons are simple am really concentrating on getting things sorted so that I can get to grips with building my list.
To assist in this am now doing a daily blog on my website, only 300 to 500 words, but I am finding that it is clearing my head, with regard to what I should be doing on the business front, also keeps my writing (skills!) honed.
Continue to play with the video product. In light of my intention to begin designing courses, have started one which will act as an introduction to my courses. Thought that I might as well take the bull by the horns as it were, doing something useful, rather than just playing with it. . Do only spend fifteen or so minutes a day on it at the moment.
Looking at a number of funnels ideas which I have, also trying to decide on what freebies and bonuses to use. This of course may mean more re-purposing some of my material.
Looking at the last sentence I do like giving myself more work, but it will be worth it in the end, if I do get the list going. Honestly think at the moment that the best plan would be to build the list on the website which I am now using all the time.
Just pop in an opt in form on an article which I have enough material to use for a funnel, unless I go the standalone route, another decision to make, no wonder my headaches. lol.
The Next Four Days
Will continue to do my newish routine of live chat, daily blog, video and a quick look at e-mails. Think that it might be a thought to begin to look at this idea of an opt in form on my website, even if it means disrupting my planned articles for the challenge, though a thought does occur that I might be able to use one of the articles with an opt in form, freebie and at least one product. Will need to explore that idea a little further.
With all the ideas that I am suddenly having think the timed daily planner is going to get reborn, it has been sadly neglected of late. Could be the reason for my confused state of mind. That is another word for lack of planning, not good enough, must get a grip of things.
In addition to really concentrating on the list building, will begin to spend a little time daily on my course design. The thought behind doing this and the list building is that I can use the list to help with the course, it will also stop me from getting bored or overloaded doing just one major thing.
However I will have to see how things pan out.
When I come across them I am continuing to unzip files, and also to sort out and reorganise my files. With the cricket season over can now spend even more time getting everything sorted out.
Conclusion
Looking at the word count it would appear that I really am getting back to normal with my WA blogs, which can only be a good thing.
When this is published will go to my video, then possibly a quick look at my course design plan, before lunch.
