Leaders Vs Followers & Neutral People
In the last few months I've had several encounters with just normal "Joe's" I call those people neutral, and than Followers. Than you have me a Go getter. Fast paced, No time for excuses, or lazy reasons something didn't get finished. But than I got a warning outside of here. At my work place. It was like. I like you, I love what your doing here. But others are talking and I'm your co-worker and friend. They just Don't like what your doing. My thought is 2 things. There "haters" or jealous of the simple things I do. OR they can't keep up so they make fake complaints to get HR ruffled up. Than I get talked too (HR), for Doing Great things, and in others eyes in doing more harm than good. HR throws gas and more fire on me. To the point she violated my Human Rights in 5 Ways.
So im that LEADER. Who gets fired for FAKE complaints. I just Won 2 out of my 3 Cases. Third is coming up. Don't ever Settle for being a Follower. I Work hard, I believe I work harder than others around me. I'm not sorry if you don't try hard enough.
