My card on file was old so it declined, I updated the card on file today and whenever I try to click the button that says “fix this now” it takes me to the membersh

Look on the right to see if the Billing is correct if not, I suggest contacting.

I did update my card info but keeps disappearing for some reason after I save. I just wrote a ticket too if not I’ll contact Kyle. Thanks for the help :))
Sure, you are welcome. FYI, for future ref based on my own experience, Site Support does not do the Wealthy Affiliate platform payment system. They only help you with your websites. Kyle is the person you should be talking to. He should get you straightened out as quickly as possible.
They created a new link so I can go back to platinum & they said they’re still working on it from the WA side of things 👍

Are you trying to access Premium Plus features?
If yes, you first need to upgrade before you can.
