My perfect average massage client

I was on a workshop today on learning how to influence rather than persuade people to make massage sessions with me. The instructor, called me out for demonstration and asked me to close my eyes and answer a few questions. Here are the questions and my natural instinctive replies, by the way I was somewhat resistant to some of the questions but was encouraged to just go with it. My answers came partially from an internal image of my current average client, and from what I would like my average client to be.

Now, this may seem to be a strange exercise. But the revelation that came next is astounding.
This is my niche, Sarah(fictional name) is the person I need to write to in my blogs, the person I'm trying to attract and that will be attracted to my offering. I can walk through a crowd and pick her out and know that she will respond to me because she is exactly the type of person who wants, needs, understands, and can afford my services.
