Trouble staying focused

Even though I'm still on schedule, I'm having trouble focusing. Have lots of tasks I want to accomplish that take up more time than I originally thought.

As usual, I spent way too much time deciding on a theme for my PLR store. After about 40 minutes I slapped myself on the wrist and just installed one that looked decent. I can always change it later.

I've installed WordPress, but then I started doubting about which plugins I should install...Anyway, I installed just a few and started on creating a few pages (contact, terms, ...).

On the list for today:

  • Create Warrior Forum account (I want to sell WSO's in the future). I just created one, now I just need to fill in the details. I might start a post about my 30 day challenge, plenty of other PLR writers there who might be interested in following along.
  • Decide on whether to use MyDD or DL Guard (figure out how to use MyDD since I haven't used it in years)
  • Add opt-in to blog.

I know this doesn't seem like much for most of you, but it is for me. Also I really need to clean my bathroom which currently looks like it got hit by a hairy tyfoon (I washed my dog yesterday and didn't have the energy to clean it afterwards).

Better get started.

It seems to me that you are focused on the big picture and perhaps just need to bring that focus to bear on the daily routine. I always start the day, even if it is only in my head and not written out, with a short ( very short) list of things I am going to do today and they include non WA tasks like your cleaning the bathroom ( hope the dog enjoyed the bath, our 4 were kind of resigned to it and payback was a good shake of he water over us!). Try the daily task list and don't be too ambitious to begin with, make the tasks small and few and then as you achieve these build to more tasks, but keep the focus.
Hudson.

Thanks for the tips Hudson! When it comes to washing dogs I'm glad I only have one. I definitely needed dry clothes afterwards :)
