Why did I send that text

Why is she doing this to me, why isn't she talking me. My mind can't handle it. All I did was send one text. Why is she doing this to me. My day started off at normal at 4 in the morning. I get ready then I carry on as I normally would my Usual day but for some reason I received an unexpected text from an old friend. The text Read hey how are you doing, haven't talked to you in awhile just wanted to know if you're doing okay. This whole time what is going on through my mind is all I can see is my beautiful 3 kids and my wife. I knew if I responded back to her my wife and family could be in jeopardize. Just because of the faith I have in love I have for my family. All of a sudden I had a thought. This was the person that helped me through my hard times in life. When I didn't have anything, when I had no one to lean on, no shoulder to cry on. She came to my rescue she was my angels and blessing in disguise she was my lifeline. So it all came to me I wouldn't be where I am in life without this friend. Because you don't get where you are. Without remembering where you been so that is why " l sent the text".
