Self discipline
I realize in order to be successful one has to develop self discipline which can sometimes be hard to do. Our intentions may be good but any little distraction can take us off the road we are traveling on.
At one point I could not understand why I was not getting anything done, and became very frustrated. After reading the book 7 habits of Highly effective people, I decided to change a few of my habits.
One of them was to get up at a certain time each morning and work on WA.
It has been Two weeks and I have been successful so far, I don't do anything else but meditate first and then start to work. I enjoy this time of the morning because my house is quiet. I find that I can think very clearly in the mornings and my creative side is flowing.
Research shows it takes 21 days to form a habit, and maybe longer depending on the habit.
For me I am in for the long run, and intend for make this habit an permanent part of my life.
