Hi Everybody. I'm back!
I suffer from terrible depression that is paralyzing. I have severe anxiety disorder with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bi-polar disorder and a horrible childhood and it's a lot like riding a roller-coaster with Sybil at the switch everyday and night. But enough about me..........ha ha.
I managed to get out of bed today and blog this message to all of you who cared enough to read my blog I send love......thanks

I have to deal with all the issues you mentioned here, I write about them on here You may want to read them it might help you relate to another sufferer, I manage these issues very well so If you you ever want to chat to me let me know, or you can read my blog posts as I have written about my PTSD, depression and childhood on my blog

I know what its like to feel so bad and its hard to do even the smallest things like brushing your hair is a major ordeal. I think you are brave for admitting that you suffer from the same things. Thank you for your honesty I hope that your mind will allow you the peace you seek. I think I'm going to blog about my experiences and feelings too maybe it will help.I'll be sure to check your blog out too. Maria

Thank you so much for your beautiful comforting words. They mean a lot to me. It's been a tough road and its especially difficult living with a mental disorder, first, because of the stigma of depression and anxiety and how people tend to judge you because they never experienced it or they simply disregard it as not existing and tell you to toughen up and shake it off. I fight it constantly believe me, if I didn't fight, I'd be dead by now for sure. God bless you for being a kind and loving person.
