Day Two - Setting Up My Website
Today was my second day on WA. I decided the easiest thing for me to do would be to follow the Affiliate Bootcamp path and start by promoting WA. I don't yet have a niche that's really burning in me to write about, but I do know quite a bit about internet marketing in general. I also know a lot about how easy it to get scammed by internet marketers, so the IM niche does seem the right one for me.WA affiliate commission are also very generous. the chance to make recurring monthly commissions is very attractive.
I am under no illusions, I know that it will take some time for me to get my website up and running and even longer to get it in the search engines, bring in traffic and make sales, but I know it is doable.
I'm still a free member. I can't afford to upgrade for a few more days, so I've set up my first website on a sub-domain. Fortunately it sounds fairly easy to change it to a domain name later. I've managed to write my About page and privacy policy, but it's getting late now and I'm tired so I'll have to continue working on it tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have some real content on it in a few days time.
