Such wise information you have shared PWhittaker
I am sure we all have experienced our thoughts controlling us instead of us controlling them, but with practice we can be the master of our own thoughts
Jeff
Hey Peter,
Thank you for this important piece of information. It is really important that we be in control of our thoughts and emotions at all times. That way we won't allow people to manipulate us into an alternate reality.
It also makes life much easier. My biggest problem is distractions, though. I am looking for a solution to this and procrastinating things. I have like 40 Chrome tabs open and I just never get though all of them. If you know of a solution, please let me know.
Hi Veronica,
NLP has a few techniques to over come procrastination. It's not that difficult.
As with all NLP techniques it is a question of how much do you want the change. You can't just try it. You have to want the change.
You can find YouTube videos on the Swish pattern, Anchoring and Reframing, which will all help you. You can even do all three techniques if you want but I think in your case the Swish pattern and Anchoring will help you.
If you need any other information or help, let me know.
Ok, great. I hope I will remember these things. Could you please send those to me via PM?
The mind is a tool. Therefore, we must use it to benefit ourselves if not it will control us. Thanks for the valuable information that you have shared!
Kind regards,
Nichola
