Attitude is Everything

I once heard that almost anything can be done with the power of positive thinking and when you meet someone their attitude can influence your feelings in about twenty second if you are receptive to what they are feeling.

One friend of mine calls me frequently and I avoid his calls most of the time because he is such a negative person. He always has something negative to say and I usually have a positive response to anything that he says such as, well it could have been worse, or maybe tomorrow will be better. he calls me the forever optimist but in reality I do have my negative moments but I try to drive them away as soon as I possibly can.

I don’t like to even speak to him if I feel I may be susceptible to his negativity at the moment. Everything in life seems so much better when you feel positive and have the attitude that the glass is half full instead of half empty.A positive attitude leads to happiness and success and can change your whole life and books and study courses have been filled talking about the difference between a positive verse a negative attitude and the actual physical effects it can create on the body and mind.

While attending a safety meeting at a well established Fuel Trucking Company
our Safety Director gave us these points. I thought they were worth passing on.
A Study Was Done And They Found That

# 1. Whenever anyone is having negative thoughts they are not capable
of having feelings of gratitude. Practice Gratitude.
# 2. Every Day Praise someone
#3. Focus on Something !!!
#4. If you can’t or don’t control something then let it go
#5. Pray

A multitude of elderly folks over 90 years old were surveyed
