When You Become Determined To Succeed

It's pretty awesome to look at the progress my new website has made over the past two weeks. I think the progress I've made all boils down to determination. It's really that simple, and I think it's that simple for anyone. We either get up and do it, or we don't.

I notice that I either make excuses as to why I can't get something accomplished, which is always a result of being afraid to step outside my own comfort zone. But stepping outside my comfort zone is exactly what moves me ahead too.

I can't tell you exactly what caused me to dive back into WA after being a member here for more than 5 years. One of my biggest problems is always finding something that seems easier, faster, and more appealing.

The beauty of Wealthy Affiliate is that there aren't bells and whistles. There's an honest, to the point training. Follow the steps. It's that simple. It's just honest work, and if you can persevere, stay consistent, and put your true self into what you're writing, I'm pretty sure it's all we need to find success in the long run.

In just under two weeks, my new blog looks good to me. It's filled with quite a bit of information that I'm actually passionate about, and it takes me about an hour to write 1,000 word article.

What I've learned is that by simply following the training here, you can make incredible progress in just two weeks. Now, I've been working at it for about 4 hours a day every day. My site was just indexed by Google a few days ago, which I'm very happy about.

I have yet to see how the ads and affiliate links will all work their way into the equation, but I'm personally happy with the journey right now of creating content I'm passionate about, and helping others on their own fitness journies.

Within the next 3 months, I'd really love to see some kind of income at least beginning to come in. That was my goal when I started the site. My intention is to write at least one blog article per day, and we'll see how it all pans out.

But the journey in itself is what I'm excited about. I see this as a time of learning. I only wish I had started it a few years back, but oh well. We arrive where we do and when we do for a reason.
