Does Law of Attraction really work?
Please raise your hand if you’ve ever felt personally annoyed anytime anyone mentions Law of attraction LOA ,manifesting what you want or referencing the Secret Movie at any point in a casual conversation?
Admit it… we have most of us either seen this movie or one just like it. Or maybe you heard about this LOA information at some point somewhere from someone. If it resonated with you in any way you probably got all fired up with emotion and decided right then and there that you were going to change your life for the better!!
You began making lists of stuff you wanted, (heck the movie tells you to do that), then you start telling friends and family and generally anyone who would listen that your going to get/achieve “fill in the blank” and generally just got really really excited.
… But you know that thing called “real life?” Well sometimes that can be a bit of a buzz kill. Sometimes that gets in the way. It ruins our Enthusiasm, it squashes our dreams and overall it’s a total bummer. So what to do?
Well, there’s good news: I’m here to tell you that law of attraction is one-hundred-percent foolproof and does in fact work. I spent years and years studying this information failing from it and succeeding as well. I know what works and I definitely know what doesn’t and I’m going to share with you in this blog how to get exactly what you want.
Ready? Let’s dive in. Grab a pen and some paper.
1) Decide on what you want.
Before you get too caught up in the specifics of your desires, I recommend starting very general and just listing something that you want. It could be more money, newer house better car, healthier feeling body whatever the case it is start there and start general.
For the purpose of this example I’m going to pick a desire for you. Let’s say you want to make $500 more every month, easily. Sound Good?
Now notice here how I haven’t added too many specifics about it other than the amount and that I wanted it to come easily.
2) Write down the whys…
Next up: here I want you to just simply focus on the reasons why you want this extra $500 dollars/ month. Don’t spend any time at this point trying to figure out how, when or where it’s going to happen. I want you to simply just talk about why you want it.
Open your notebook and start writing down all the reasons why. Do you want to go away for the weekend more often? Do you want to buy your kids the latest gadget? Maybe you want to be able to work less hours and focus more on your life at home? Maybe you like to eat in restaurants and would like to do that more often per week? There’s no judgement here and anything goes, so write down all the reasons why you want this extra $500 a month. Start general and as you build this list of whys, more ideas will start to occur to you.
3) From this list of whys, start telling your new story.
Then, fill in the meat of the content — with your list of whys, start writing a story of your life as it is right now as though you are already making this extra $500/month.
What did you buy with the extra money this month? Where did you go for lunch if you did? Did you get away for the weekend? Where did you go and what did you do? Only tell the parts of the story that feel good and back off from the details that don’t. You always know you’re on the right track when it feels good to tell the story.
For example…
Isn’t it nice now that you’re making this extra money and you can buy those little extra things every month…fancier sunglasses, paying off a credit card debt, putting savings in the bank. Talk about how great it feels now that you’re feeling a bit more secure with an extra $500 a month.
4) Keep telling this Good Feeling story.
Tell it as often as you can as long as it feels good when you’re telling it. Write it down, imagine it, tell it to yourself. When you’re at the stop light spend 30 seconds thinking about your new story. When you’re walking down the hall to get something from The copier at work tell this new story to yourself. There’s always a few minutes everyday where you could be telling your new story to yourself and feeling the feelings as if it is already done. Before long the more often you tell this story it will start to feel very real to you.
Caveat: at this point this story is only to be told to yourself!! If you open up and get too excited too soon and start telling people about your new desire before there is physical evidence of it they will likely say something that will make you disbelieve and will be an instant buzz kill and slow down your momentum.
5) Keep it up !!
You’re almost there! Believe it or not the more often you tell this story and feel good when you’re telling it you are literally turning these delicious feeling thoughts into physical manifestations. This is the work of creating whatever it is that you want. You don’t need to sit down and figure out how it’s going to happen.
Your only job at this point is to figure out what you want and why you want it. Universal forces will literally take care of the rest. Very soon you’ll start seeing little cues that tells you that you’re on the right track to creating this for yourself.
Someone will mention something similar to your story in a conversation or you’ll see something on TV or in the newspaper. Watch for these Clues…you will see them!
And I promise you before long and before you know it you will turn around, and the means to achieve this extra $500 a month will be there and you’ll think to yourself… oh there you are… I knew it all along.
Just follow this process when you want to create anything at all in your life and you won’t ever fear or dread that annoying LOA reference ever again.

You make it sound so simple. How often has this worked for you? Do you get what you want on a regular basis? I am not questioning that it works, just curious. You sound very happy in life. Congratulations!
I know it shows simple and a bit unbelievable...but it really does work. It works for me when I work it. There are times I get wrapped up in "current reality" like everyone else, but I keep myself motivated daily to remind myself on what I want and WHY I want it and that usually gets me back on track. But it does take a bit of work, I won't lie about that. Best of luck. I am happy to provide a process for you if you want further help : )
