I created an email per the instructions in the video. Had several emails sent to that address that never showed up in the inbox (I had no trouble logging in). So I deleted that

Don't know if this will help but I had issues with my email site as well, I changed my search browser to google chrome and no had no more problems. Jim

Don't know if this will help but I had issues with my email site as well, I changed my search browser to google chrome and no had no more problems. Jim
Thanks but I've been using Chrome. Must be something else.
