Custom signup video problem

For a WA custom signup video in bootcamp, do you have to use a certain format of video to upload? Does the video have to be in HD to begin with?
I have uploaded a video using .avi and .mp4 formats and waited more than a couple of hours to finish optimizing and it never finishes. Is that to be expected?

Hi Doug, I had the same problem but mine didn't load for several days. I sent in a support ticket and Carson replied and said he would fix it. When I went back the video was there.
I think there is a glitch in the system, because we are not the first to have this problem. Hope this helps. Garth
