Create simple contact form with Contact Form 7 PlugIn
1) First of all we have to install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
2) Obiously you have to activate the plugin! :)
3) Go to Plugin Settings.
4) We are going to use the sample Contact Form that was preset as a base. So click on "Edit" Contact Form 1
5) There you have all the options to modify your Contact Form for the way you need it.
* In the Form Tab you have all the fields options that the user needs to complete for you, like name, mail, phone, subject, etc.
* In the Mail Tab you have the option about the mail that is going to be sent. Mail account, the web that the mail comes, subject, body, etc.
* In the Messages Tab you have all the options for the messages or alerts that the contact form is going to display, when the user take some action like "Send".
6) Then you have to save the Contact Form. You have to save it each time you make a modification in some tab.
7) Copy the shortcode that the plugin gives you and paste it into your post, page, or text widget content.
Example: Create a new page where the content is similar to this:
[contact-form-7 id="30" title="Contact form 1"]
And thats all!
Now if you go to your page "Contact Page" you must have a working Contact Form there.

Thank you. It works great. I received the e-mail. Once I have an e-mail and I want to upload it on my website how can I do it?
That depends on what you want to do:
If you want you can start creating separate individual pages and then link that leads to them.
Or else you take the information sent and you can place it before or after the contact form.

I've seen your page and maybe it would be good to modify the texts that come by default. I mean that instead of "Your Message" you can put "Your Story"
It's just a tip that occurred to me ;)

So I will manually add these stories. That means that it will not show the provider of the message. It is OK. I could make a different page and post peoples' content with their approval. Thank you very much.
