I heard some great new last night - Doctors working in Brisbane, Australia have made a new discovery - they have been taking stem cells from a persons' nose and trialling them for use in repairing spinal cord damage for eventual use in paralysed and wheelchair bound patients.. The excitement bubbling through the medical community is having a rippling effect around the world. I am excited as any new innovation in the medical field is good news as it offers HOPE to those who are in those situations. While the trials are in their infancy this breakthrough is a ray of light for people who are looking for answers. Human trials are due to begin in the next 12/18 months.
It is always uplifting to know that our doctors and scientists are working diligently behind the scenes on a daily basis to uncover new remedies to heal those diseases that attack the body. They work so long and hard for many many years to maybe once in their lifetime find some little clue that will help mankind. Makes me feel very humble and grateful when I think of the years of study, years of making no progress in their scienfitic endeavours to one day find a little nugget that could change the face of medicine and here I am concerned about getting a little traffic to my website and making a little income. I think we all need to take a big deep breath and understand that that we are a very small part of the universe, so lucky to have an opportunity like Wealthy Affiliate to show us a way to become financially secure and be in a position to donate to these worthy scientific causes that will benefit all mankind in the years ahead when we have possibly passed away. It is our responsibility to leave behind a legacy for those that will follow - our children, grandchildren and on down through the generations. Money is only as good as the good it can do.
