my niche is ................ Skate shoes for everyone ! well thats the name of my site
i choose this niche becuase i have a skate shop in tijuana and i have a website for skateboarding so i thought why not narrow the skate shop to just shoes since that and skateboards are what sell the most . question i am trying to build a brand for my skate shop so i could supplie MEXICO with quality skate products should i include my brand name some how in this affiliate website ??? not every where but just mention it what you guys think??

That is kind of a tough one.
I would say if you have a store online in which people can buy skate materials, then you can integrate that into your site just like you would integrate an affiliate link, so linking to your store would not be an issue.
The branding part I think is a little harder to do, while writing a blog post about a certain item and then mentioning your store in that post will be branding your store, it kinda makes me doubt though whether you would not be branding the wrong thing.
Branding should be all about you on your blog you make through WA, so trying to brand something else aswell may be a little counter productive, but I am very curious what others have to say about this too.

I would not do that review brought to you by, usually sponsored reviews are not really "unbiased" a banner would work indeed, is basically the same as putting ad sense or another ad network.
If the banner goes in a "general" location you can try to "mix it up" by putting it in a rotator together with some other banners or ad networks, the possibilities are endless :-)
