As in traffic? Have you followed the training? It teaches you how to get traffic to your site. I suggest you go over it

I looked at a couple of websites that are basically complete, and I was blown away by everything they had on their sites. I'm wondering how to do what they have done.

Some of this is just bells and whistles you can add later. To get your site up and running for an income, I recommend going through the certification training (green bar on upper left) and doing all the steps in order.
You will be overwhelmed if you try to do everything at once. The training helps you understand the essentials and why they are done in a certain order.
