Build Systems, Not Stress: Scaling And Long-Term Growth.

As your website grows, the workload grows too.

But growth doesn’t mean burnout. Growth means building systems.

Systems for writing.
Systems for publishing.
Systems for research.
Systems for outreach.
Systems for email.

a person drawing Email marketing system flowchart.

When you turn repeating tasks into systems, your work becomes easier, faster, and more consistent.

Systems create stability.
Stability creates momentum.
Momentum creates long-term success.

Your business shouldn’t drain you. It should support you.

Keep building, keep learning, and keep believing in youself. Your website is your story unfolding online.

I woke up way too early.

JD

1

It's not bad to wakeup too early fresh. You can get more things done in the early hours of the morning.

Paul.

2

That would be nice, Paul.

But I was not fresh. I am still dragging. I am on β˜•β˜• so far.

JD

2

Oh, no. Hope a cup of coffee would wake you up fully.

Paul.

That was my second cup which actually equals 4 cups.

I am still dragging.

Oh, my... You must haven't gone back to bed.

Hey Paul

You have once again provided us with wise advice to follow. When I started out I did burn myself out within the first year, but mostly the reason was I had no real system. I tried to do everything everyday, now I leave some things go for tomorrow.

Thanks for sharing with us again,
Jeff

5

Jeff, thanks for sharing your own experiences.
Getting started as beginners stresses and burnouts are expected. Not every system is created without trials and and error. I have been there and I agree with you. As we grow our business things become clear and we are comfortable with what to do next. Building a system will boost our business to move forward.

Paul.

4

It is true we will experience more success with a good strategy and plan than just pushing ourselves not knowing what is next.

I hope you are doing well today and your family,
Jeff

3

True in deed, Jeff.
Today, all of us went to the city to drop my wife younger sister to catch the PMV tomorrow to travel to the village. The traffic was very terrible. It took us an hour to stuck in the jam.

Paul.

3

I am sorry to hear you got stuck in traffic, that is never a fun trip when traffic is crazy. Does your wifes younger sister live in the village.

I hope you had a safe trip,
Jeff

2

Jeff, it's never improving, but getting worse year by year as more people own vehicles.
She lives with us. I asked her to spend Christmas with her parents in the village. She will return on January.

Paul.

3

Yes, it is the same here as well in the cities. Traffic isn't too bad where I live being less people than in the cities, but i have noticed traffic has increased with the holidays here now.

It is a blessing to you all that she will return in January, I take it your wifes younger sister is not married with children.

Jeff

3

Traffic here is terrible due to poor road network.

It's a blessing to have her to care for my daughter and to take care of our house. She is last in the family and still young and single.

Paul.

3

She is a good younger sister it sounds to help care for your wife, I presume she is a good influence on your daugther as well.

It seems traffic is becoming a problem everywhere with more and more people driving with vehicles now. Here its pretty easy to purchase brand new vehicles as long as you have some type of steady income, it used to not be like that when I was young.

You don't see many older vehicles on the roads any more,

Jeff

3

Before we moved here, she decided to assist in taking care of her sister.
She doesn't seem to be a bad influence to my daughter. My daughter I always under my watch and she knows that she had to ask me before doing anything like, using her tab, watching cartoon, going out to buy snack at the near by shop or to go out for a walk with her aunt. Her aunt also aware of the standard I set for my daughter.

The global economy is setting a system where they wan to make everyone to work hard everyday in order to earn to pay for the kinds loan repayment.

I am debt free and I would like to remain that way. Only with a good business I may want to consider loan. I don't like personal loans.

Paul.

2

Great that you are debt-free Paul

Americans are deep in debt due to credit cards. People here are too free at buying everything they see, this is especially true with all the technology gadgets on the market today.

I always live within my income, that eases any extra stress that comes from unexpected expenses such as healthcare for me.

Even being one person it is costing me almost double this year compared to last year, and the gov'ts tarriffs has really cost inflation to be much worse.

Jeff

2

I got my first personal loan when I was second year in my teaching, I used the money to buy plane ticket to join a short term exposure trip to Australia with other teachers. I repayed three time the amount I got from that bank. That was the lesson I learned and I promised not to apply for personal loan at the bank. Until today I haven't brrowed any money from the bank.

Just like in America, I saw Thai government did the same to its people.

Paul.

2

I understand your experience with personal loans from banks, you only make out with those loans if you can pay them off pretty quickly. If you only pay the required payment the interest kills you financially.

I have not gotten a loan in a very long time, now I only buy each month what I can afford to pay off each month so I don't get into debt again.

When I was married with three sons is when I got into debt in the past, since then I got myself out of debt and don't spend more than I can afford to pay each month.

Banks and loan companies do make out when you take a loan from them, that is how they make the big bucks from the iittle person.

I didn't know that you was a teacher, what did you teach?
Jeff

1

I was a new teacher and my pay wasn't enough to make big deduction, that's way the interests accumulated.
I was a mathematics and personal development teacher.

Paul.

1

I am sorry to hear your teaching pay wasnt enough. Teachers here make pretty good wages during the school year, but I don't know what happens during the summer when there are no schools how they get by.

I am guessing they can get unemployment here

Jeff

1

As a new graduating teachers, we have a base salary. Each year they increase the pay, however I have taught for only three years after I graduated as highschool teacher. Senior teachers are paid hansomely.

Paul.

1

I can understand that you have to startup with lower pay as a new teacher, so if you can manage and put in the years you are paid well eventually.

Teachers are an important part of the human race, with all our school shootings in my country many teachers have resigned and changing careers

Jeff

1

Teaching is truely a noble job and in my three years of teaching I have mentored number of Scripture Union Students in the school as their patron.
I would love to return and continue to teach some day.

School shootings in the US is very scary. I have watched some of these news and it keeps increasing.

Paul.

1

Hello Paul,

It is terrible all the school shootings in my country, why take your anxiety out on innocent children. I never understood why people with a death wish wants to take others with them, that is so selfish.

Teaching is a rewarding career, even though I have never teached professionally. I have helped students when I was in photography design school which I found rewarding.

Dark gloomy day here today, they are calling for some snow later today.

Jeff

1

Shooting is a growing trend. If there is no better solution, it will only get worse and worse.

I love to return to teaching job one day.

Paul.

1

You are a very good teacher Paul

I think teaching is your calling that God has in mind for you. You still have plenty of time to pursue a career in teaching, I do hope you can teach again.

Shootings are becoming way to common in my country everywhere, there has even been some shootings between family members recently

Jeff

1

Thank you, Jeff.

I hope to return to teaching again when I return to my country.

It's very sad to see how the world is becoming this way.

Paul.

1

Hello Paul

I think with the media covering all the shootings in my country it is encouraging more of them, people with a death wish want to be known for something even when it is for killing innocent people and children.

The world is becoming scarier everyday

Jeff

1

Jeff, I think you are correct.
Media coverage encourages more shootings.
Do you think is it an organised and networked crime?

Paul.

1

Hey Paul

Sometimes I wonder if the media covers what they are paid to cover instead of the worthy news, last night someone shot somone at a funeral home.

What is wrong with these people today, are we back in the old west where people should shoot each other for no reason.

I think much of our world is corrupt,

Jeff

1

Jeff,
This world does not seem to be safe anymore.
I don't want to travel out to public places where crowds are.
We may not understand but Bible speaks about these are the signs of the end of time.

Paul.

I do understand this is in the bible Paul

The end of time is coming very soon I am afraid by all that is going on in our world.

The President now says he is considering taking over Greenland by military force. I am starting to think he is not mentally stable. It is not right for him to be using our military to take over other countries, how can they stop him?

I do think the President Trump is the non-christian president spoken about, he is doing so many bad things to the people of our country and other countries as well.

It is scary what is happening right now here

Jeff

1

I really admire President Trump. It's very scary to hear from a first person like you, makes me to think again.

Paul.

1

Many people from other countries and maybe even in my country might not realize how he is hurting many people. Maybe he does not even know it himself being born rich, it is hard to know what the wealthy people think and feel.

Jeff
