I recently encountered two seemingly unrelated problems while working on one of my websites hosted at Wealthy Affiliate.
The first was puzzling: Changes were being saved correctly on the server, yet a returning browser could continue displaying an older version of the page.
The second was more disruptive: intermittent ERR_CONNECTION_RESET errors made the website temporarily unreachable through a browser, even though other tests suggested that DNS and the server itself were still responding.

WA Hosting Support investigated the findings and provided an important explanation.
My site is currently operating through an older, or "classic," hosting layer.
