An Appreciation for Site Support

I don't know who they are, I don't where they're based, but that invisible team behind the button labelled "Site Support" are some of the most patient and helpful people I have come across.
I had decided to set up a second website to take advantage of the Black Friday thing (it's difficult to do that with my cancer treatment site). It didn't' feel right to be encouraging people to buy, buy, buy, especially when there nearest and dearest might be suffering desperately.
So I started the new website, very proud that I was able to get it up and running so quickly with some posts, and then I started to insert the WA banners, and I swear I was doing exactly as the instructions and videos for inserting banners. But they just were not working on my site.

I contacted Site Support and they said the banners appeared to be working fine, but I couldn't see them at all. I think over a period of 4 hours we had this dialogue back and forth.
But anyhow, they managed to correct the mistakes in the coding that I had done in the text part of our editor. Thankfully, I got it already by about 4am (Malaysian time) on Friday morning which meant I could 'spam' all my friends to take a look. Still not indexed on Google though so I can't do any analysis. But it's a start.
So, a BIG THANK YOU to Site Support, much appreciated :)
