Progress is slow but steady
Between kids, motivation, cold weather, motivation, and impatience, things have actually been a bit slower than I had hoped.
But, as of yesterday, I have:
- a web site (escapetheratrace.siterubix.com)
- "about me"
- my first review (of WA) blog
I am struggling a little with how to work with the menu's in the Site Manager, and some of the other minutiae, but those are distractions. I have momentum, and am gathering the concepts of SEO and key words well I think.
My goal is to finish August with some level of income (don't really care if it is $50 or $500 or whatever), and a couple of successful referrals/conversions that I can then analyse to understand what is working for me, to then repeat that.
I do intend to reach over 300 referrals/conversions before the December deadline - I probably can't make it to Las Vegas but would like that to be my choice, not a fate accompli.

Slow and steady will get you there. Remember it takes about 3 months of working on a site to see results or income activity, but if you keep at it, it will only get better.
Patience is key and follow the steps. There are no short cuts to building an online successful business
