I haven't written any thing on here in a long time because the last year and a half have been very active in other areas of my life. I was living in Chiang Mai Thailand in June of 2016, but from there I moved back to Bangkok where I had lived for several years. I went back to Bangkok so that I could get back into the theatre scene. That's been very successful for me, and many of the shows have been sell outs, though it hasn't generated any income for me. I have been working with a community the
We all have them. Days that the best you can do is to grin and bear them. Our water is off because they are putting in new pipes. My site verification doesn't seem to have taken yet (I blogged yesterday that link got broken)So still no traffic seen in google analytics.Blogged yesterday and was active in the community, thought my rank might improve, but it went down a point.I wrote a post yesterday to keep my publishing frequency up. As I was getting the post written the frequency dropped 10 poi
Things were going along well for me on my WA journey (I'm coming up on three months soon). I was building my social media numbers and getting some traffic on my site. Not huge numbers, but coming along. Then the traffic seemed to dry up completely. For 7 days now there hasn't been a single visitor. At least that's what Google Analytics told me. Non one for 7 days! I could swear I saw tumbleweeds roll across the screen.I though, maybe analytics is broken, but I though, well how could that
Myron Greenberg, a wealthy New York businessman received a letter of Audit from the IRS. It frightened him so he called his Accountant, Saul Meyers. MYRON pleaded, “Saul, what are they doing to me? Why are they doing this to me?”SAUL, trying to calm him down said, “Myron, don’t worry about it. I’ve got all the receipts, the account is up to date, it’s no problem But let me give you a little bit of advice. When you go to the Audit, wear the crummiest, dirties
It's the Last day of January which means that in a week and a day I'll have my 3 month anniversary here at WA. When I look at all that's happened in that time I'm amazed. I have learned so much and gotten so much done. I've put up two sites. One is very skimpy but the other one has 21 posts (soon to be 22 - I'm waiting for a video to upload) and 7 pages. It was getting some traffic, but the past few days it has dried up. So that's my goal from now on, to keep publishing and to find out m
I just wanted to post that I have now gotten 1,000 followers at WA! Happy to be moving forward! Also want to thank all the people I am following who have helped me figure out what to do and motivated me to keep doing it!
We have had some really nasty cold weather here in Thailand. First we had a couple of days of rain (which we really needed). It was a very cold rain which is unusual all by itself. I had to go out to the post office and my Thai friend took me on his motorcycle. We had to stop and get gloves as the air on our hands was like knives. But I wanted to get the letter sent so that I could pay off a tax debt (and then I discovered that the postage had more than doubled since a month ago! Bad trip!)
I've noticed, because I've had to make some calls from Thailand back to the U.S., that my internet service wasn't handling Skype very well. Since I want to do coaching using Skype I realised I needed a better connection. At first I thought I would need to change internet providers, but what I was told was that the providers wanted me to sign a one year contract and because I am a foreigner to pay six months in advance. Since it's quite possible that I'll be moving in a few months I didn't want
I must be doing something right, because I'm on the front page of google in the #6 and #7 spot. I clicked the links to these and they both went to G+ where I had shared these articles, so yes, what Kyle and Carson teach about G+ being important is really true.I actually went through and changed the titles of these on my site (Yoast - better ranking stuff - keywords, you know), so my ranking may change but it feels nice to see them there now. After such a crazy week I appreciate the positive news
I'm using the Phosphor theme and when I go to the Yoast plugin to fiddle with the SEO Yoast says that my images have no alt tags. It has been working fine until a couple of days ago. The pictures are still visible, so I don't know what the problem is.Is any one else noticing this?
