I did another post on 9 Foods to combat RA but didn't want it to be in the same format as my first post - just a long list . . .
Saw on several sites how they had images moving from one to another . . .
managed to track it down . . . you guys probably know all about it, been using it for years, old hat to you, but . . . I am so overjoyed I have to share it

and it's so easy even I was able to get it working ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Have a gander . . .

The post has disappeared from my site (╯︵╰,)
Looked everywhere . . . panicked, stressed, took a deep breath,
picked up my toys from all over the room where I had thrown them ⊙︿⊙
and found the original list in the Bin . . . ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ
At least, I don't have to start from scratch . . .
but you're going to have to wait a little longer to see this!!!
(Shouldn't take me more that 3 weeks!)
