My site is mainly for teaching and I would to know how I can organise my pages in a way that will be easy for people to follow. Is there a theme that would be user friendly for

I recommend you select a highly optimized theme so that your site loads quicker and will need fewer plugins.
I guess you have to experiment on some themes. You will eventually came across a good one.
I don't have any experience with using a theme for teaching but had a lot of results pop up with a google search. Some free and some paid. Maybe someone else has experience with this.

I like Big Blue, its very easy to use and at the bottom of each page you can add a comment section.

i was doing a site comment for someone, since it was my first time doing it i had to go and create a gravator account. i encountered a few problems doing that and accidentally
I have lost sites I had already read the page my and mistakenly pressed the wrong button to offer my comments, it is frustrating trying to find the URL again ; you might save time by commenting on another site.
Under the Site Rubix blue tab, you can find the Site Comments section. You may end up having to leave a comment for someone else, as the one you were creating may have been cycled back into the pile of requests.
