Good morning to all WA members,

has anybody used the google adsense plugin 'Site Kit', as I am not exactly sure what it is supposed to do. Is it safe and does it upset my websites health.

Also I would like to thank all the comments that I have received from WA members on one of my posts, they have been a great help to me and I have learnt so much.

My personal opinion is that the plugin is unnecessary and not fit for purpose at this stage. It is Google’s first official WordPress Plugin that was only officially released in November 2019. Other than adding their code for you, it’s just a Stats Plugin, bringing their dashboards in to WordPress’s Dashboard. I feel it is a bloated plugin that you can do without. I’d much rather visit Google directly to get my stats and to enter their code in to the Head Tags using the Ad Inserter Plugin, or the Header & Footers Plugin or using the SEO Plugin for Google Analytics.

Thanks for your comments, but I am not so sure on entering codes onto my website, I have not got the hang of customising my website yet, it seems to go round the sun and meet the moon.Sorry to be an idiot
