Where Is AI and Internet Marketing Headed?

When I started in IT a lifetime ago, we programmed at a level that had a 1 to 1 relationship to the computer's code set.

There were about 20 different steps required just to read a record from a file and verify that it had been read correctly.

Enter the Macro

The first thing we did was to create macros in the programming languages we were using.

A macro statement then contained all the individual program statements required to perform that action. You provided the macro with the parameters required to make it specific to each case.

So, for example, instead of the 20 unique steps that you needed before to read a record from a file, you'd just have READ (filename, record name).

This not only saved heaps of time, but eliminated errors too, because the macro itself was bug-free.

Internet Marketing

Internet marketing is similar.

There are many steps involved, from selecting a profitable niche, building a website, creating a lead magnet, finding products to promote, writing a ton of content, setting up a payment processor, connecting to an autoresponder, getting visitors (both free and paid for) and many more,

Oops, forgot about creating videos, becoming more and more essential every year.

And that's just for one niche!

What if you could create a "macro" that did all the required steps and all with you just giving some parameters such as the niche you want to build a business in?

This would have been impossible a short while ago, but look how AI has exploded since ChatGPT was released just over a year ago.

AI "Agents"

This I believe will be the next big step.

You will be able to use an Agent to launch all of the steps required to build an internet business in a nominated niche.

I can see WA implementing something like this in the Wealthy Affiliate platform.
