Posting regime here I come!
Got the Bing all set up, finished level 5 of the training! More and more articles getting indexed!
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are new post days, and Tuesday and Thursday are refurbishing old post days!
However, seeing as that leaves 2 days a week, and I'm a motivated fellow, I'm going to set a goal of AT LEAST 4 new posts - or 5000 words in new posts in 7 day week.
If you've never read the book, or listened in my case, to the audio book, High Performance Habits - by Brendon Burchard, I highly recommend it.
I want to see my website climbing the ranks on Google, Bing and Yahoo ASAP. And I've got the time to make that a reality.

Hi - unless you have some important new information for your older content, there is no need to refresh it until it is at least 6 months old. Your time is better spent adding new posts.
I have a few posts from my first bunch that are like weak and sub 1000 words that are also targeting decent keywords. I'm pretty sure they're worth sprucing up.

The first version of that, for instance, was like 560 odd words and kinda lame. Now, shes purty and got 98/100 AIOSEO and 97/100 headline analyzer :)
