Just wanted to let you know I didn't forget about you all! I really appreciate the follows. I'm currently pretty busy with work and setting up my website(s). I currently don't take/have the time to get back to all of you! I'm going to keep focussing on the grind and hopefully I can give back soon to all of you! Following or not.
Currently I work the normal 9 to 5 for five days a week like most of us. Next to that I am doing a study related to the work I do. That will be finished this summer. Now you know what takes most of my time at the moment.
I really appreciate the community, there is always someone there to answer your question!

Hi Peter, sounds like you have plenty to keep you busy. If I can make just one suggestion - only work on one site at a time. Make sure it is a huge success before moving on to a second site. There's a lot to learn, and you might otherwise find that you have to go back and correct things on two sites instead of just one.
