Pen and Paper or Dictaphone

It can really help to have a Pen and Paper at hand all the time, or Dictaphone there are times something comes to mind and unless you write it down you can lose train of thought, with so many of lifes other busy important tasks.

There are times it may not be possible to go this especially if you are driving. Though if you have a dictaphone at hand, you can hit record and take notes.

When coming up with content to write, you can always do a little bit here and there as you go about your day. You may surprise yourself, with things that come to mind as your are doing other tasks.

Just like a good chef will always have a list of ingredients, mostly in our heads but on occasion on paper, until the recipe is second nature.

Even as an artist before you can draw properly you, have to keep doing smaller drawings that may look terrible at first before you perfect the perfect picture.

The same process can be carried out throughout life with many, tasks that need to be accomplished. A good example being, that if you have a tendency when you are shopping to buy things you really do not need.

Try this little exercise before you even go near the shops. Take a notepad and write out a list of things you need. Rather than going shopping without a list, and just buy what you have written down.

Another thing you should also do to make things easier, make sure that you have eaten before food shopping.
