Wow Amazing! My Very First Sale!
I’ve landed on the moon!
A tiny step for an Online-Pro, a GIANT step for ME!!
Yesterday I discovered that I have had MY VERY FIRST SALE!
I have earned my first commissions!
I’m still floating high up in the sky!
Almost can’t believe it. Had to close down the affiliate account and open it up again and there it still said: “Commissions approved.”
This morning I opened up the affiliate account to check it again. Yes, it wasn’t a dream, it still says: “Commissions approved £1.35”
It is a tiny small sum, but for me, it feels like a million. I joined WA for a bit more than one year ago, and finally, I have earned my first commissions. I haven’t even finished the Certification Course yet, I am not using Social Media yet, I have not written that many blogs yet. Therefore, I didn’t expect to do any sales yet.
I almost had lost faith by the end of 2017 but I just didn’t want to give up. Started to work more consistently and persistently. Did a thorough brainstorming about my strategy, target audience, what my purpose in life is and, what my goal with my online business is. I joined Bo’s GoGetter Training, changed my website theme, restructured the website. Now I’m working on implementing Bo’s advice one after the other. It all takes a loooot of time, but it’s all worth it. There are many obstacles to overcome, but I enjoy every little tiny progress.
Now I have suddenly learned the great impact of Social Media. On Thursday my dear husband shared my book review on LinkedIn and at around the same time, my amazing friend Sue (ContentBySue) shared my book review on Facebook and Twitter. I know that more than 90 people have clicked on the link to my website via LinkedIn! The sale appeared just shortly after the post was shared on those platforms.
I’m so happy to see that all the work leads to something real happening! Someone did buy books via my link. It’s such a great feeling!!!
