Making Feedback Count - Which Comments to Make Where?
When you're new to WA, sometimes trying to figure out how this whole feedback system is supposed to work can seem a little daunting. So if you're new here, let me try to clarify this a little for you.
When someone requests feedback on their site, they are essentially looking for two things:
- Constructive criticism and advice on either general presentation, review of content, or things like spelling, grammar and graphics.
- Comments, questions and interaction posted within their site.
The constructive criticism should not appear as a comment on the site, but rather as your feedback comments on the WA site. They can then take your advice back to their site to make corrections or improvements to their site.
Comments posted to the site should be positive, specific and genuine, as these help to drive their site up in the SEO standings. This is one important way we help each other within WA to achieve recognition with the search engines.
So, if you are giving feedback, please remember to keep these important steps in mind. This is just one more way that this sense of community makes Wealthy Affiliate such a powerful tool for your success!
Best wishes for your success,
Penny

Thank you, Larry. I hope it clears up any confusion for people. I know I was confused at first, and was guilty of putting the wrong comments in the wrong forum. It's easy to become confused with so much information coming at you at the same time!

I think this will help a lot of people just starting out. It is hard to know exactly what to do sometimes.
Thanks phoenix2! That's what I was aiming for!
