Thank you Triblu for helping. My donor does not want to use Paypal which I did get right and I am trying to get Payfast going. I must get it going before the end of Dec for tax purposes. I thought there might be another solution.

How do I pay the $299 fee for 2020?
.... normally an effective credit card with sufficient balance or PayPal ... keeping in mind that it is 299. usd and any currency exchange conversions plus any applicable taxes need to be factored in for the total sum ...
.... and pretty much everything is available on-line on this platform for you to access, including your accounts:
.... Simply go to your WA Profile >> click on Account Settings >> Subscription Settings > billing - membership - payment source ... follow and complete the prompts in payment source with the information requested and it should all work for you ...
