In the lesson tells me to put 5 home keywords but i want to put more to have more traffic.

If you put in too many keyword, they called it keyword stuffing. They teach you to write for the human, not for the search engine. Otherwise, your post would not be natural.
stuffling is if i always "repeat" the same word, but no i put alot of words that are related with my Niche

If they are not repeating words, I guess that should be okay. As long as what you are writing flows nicely.
