I Blinked!
Something happened to me today that caused to stop and reflect. Some started following me on WA and I received a notification as usual but instead of reading this persons profile, as I usually do, I was distracted so by something so I just replied 'thanks for following me'.
To my embranchment
To my embarancement, this person informed that I actually followed them first. This chased me stop and reflect. One of my focus, even the website I set up, is to help people. But how will I if don't take interest in the individual? I will end up giving, as I embarrassing did, a general response.
Missed opportunity
What if this person needed encouragement or mentioned something in there profile that I could help them with? I may have missed a critical moment.
Don't Blink
Show interest and genuine concern to all that reach out to you or you come into contact. You may be the answer they have been waiting for.

Sometimes, our mind is not on what we are doing and so we routinely just do it without realising it. It just happens.
But like you said, "Show interest and genuine concern".
