Its a thought, although can be taken as a universal truth. Music is available all over the universe and beyond it.It is the sound energy that has created the whole universe or creation..sound energy that never dies and always exists.

The sound that matches you is the one which is internal. But that's being something to spiritual levels. In this Text we are not going beyond this world and will only limit to the sound produced by worldly instruments,not by resonance of spirit with Spiritual sound or music which exists but cant be heard with bare Ears.

In Ancient Era, Music was in preliminary stage and folks were aware of only contemporary music to have joy and fun.Occasions were celebrated with folk music among the community. Some inventions happened in Music too as we had in technology everywhere,time to time.

Vocal singing is the music form which does not need any Company for enjoyment. for example - bathroom singer..just joking..but its a live example of every body's life.True.

Although famous music forms are - Western light,western Classical, Indian Light,Indian Classical,Chinese traditional , European etc..

Lets come out of history ..its bit deep and not too easy to put on this post. Here I will not forget some legends of Indian Light/classical music who has contributed a lot into this field.With them an Era is built and an Era can Die..

1. Lata Mangeshkar - She sang more that 25000 songs in various Indian laguages which were recorded. Record holder of Guinness book of World record under (1929 - alive)

2. Asha bhonsle - Younger Sister of Asha bhonsle. She sang more songs than Lata Mangeshkar. she is also a Guinness book of World record holder. (1933- alive)

3. Mohd.Rafi - A legend who will never be forgotten. A Silky voice with more than 4000 songs (December 1924 – 31 July 198).

4. Kishore Kumar - An Actor and a versatile singer who sings in a mood always.The joy in his voice make you joyful and sadness makes you feel the sad.This hot voice holds record for most filmfare awards. (December 1924 – 31 July 198).

5. Jagjit singh - popularly known as Ghazal King was a prominent Indian Ghazal singer, songwriter and musician. His contribution made Ghazals to be listened every home.The Dyanmic singing style with use of new instruments has made it more to be heard among youngsters.(8 February 1941 – 10 October 2011)

I have mentioned only these few names because their Era is a bridge between 2 generations of Music.They will always be alive within Musical notes whenever played,wherever played

Now the form of Music has changed. New technology has evolved and sound is more dynamic with time. but still their time was Golden period of Indian Music.

Many new singer are there in FIlm industry who are performing good and can be a mile stone - Sonu Nigam, shankar mahadevan, Kumar Shanu,Shreya ghoshal, Kavita krishnamurthy, Hariharan,Alka Yagnik.
