AI tips and tricks - meal ideas

I'm absolutely loving AI at the moment and thought I'd share something so easy to do with this incredible WA team.

Simply take a photo of your fridge and ask Chatgpt "Give me an idea for a dinner which will take around 20 minutes to cook".

Results

Based on what is visible in your refrigerator, a practical 20-minute option is:

Lemon & Yogurt Chicken Wraps

Why this works:
You have chicken, Greek yogurt, cheese, milk/yogurt products, lemon juice, and what appear to be wraps or flatbreads. This keeps preparation minimal and cooking time short.

Ingredients (from your fridge):

• Chicken pieces (fresh or pre-cooked)
• Greek yogurt
• Lemon juice
• Cheese (grated or sliced)
• Wraps / flatbreads
• Optional additions: cucumber, courgette, salad leaves, seasoning

Method (≈20 minutes total):

1. Cook the chicken (10–12 min):
2. • Pan-fry the chicken over medium-high heat with a little oil.
   • Season with salt and pepper.
   • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
2. Quick yogurt sauce (2 min):
3. • Mix Greek yogurt with a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
   • Add garlic or herbs if you have them.
3. Warm wraps & assemble (5 min):
4. • Warm the wraps briefly in a dry pan.
   • Add chicken, spoon over yogurt sauce, and sprinkle with cheese.
   • Add any fresh veg you like for crunch.
