Step #1 Once in your wealthy affiliate dashboard.
Go to My Inbox.
Step #2 Then on the top right you will see Site Support.
Click on Site Support.
Step #3 Click the plus button on the top left
Click on New Message.
You are good to go.

It is also within the "Websites" => "SiteSupport" tab in the main menu. So there are multiple different ways that you can get there. ;)
Is there a reason I received no response after sending three different tickets? I waited overnight. I just re-upped. You guys have always had such great customer service. I am just wondering why there's been no response.
