Losing is Winning

Today I went to watch my little cousin play in his team's (Under12's) football grand final. At the end of regular time the score was 1-1....so extra time was played with no change to the score....so they went into penalty shootout. My cousin was first up only to have his shot stopped by the keeper....his shoulders dropped and he hung his head down but after the rest took their shots, my cousins team came out on top 3-2....even though he felt really bad because he missed his shot, he was also happy cause his team won.

Sometimes losing at first gets you a win later on.

If at first you don't succeed...try,try and try again.
