Wealthy Affiliate = Freedom to Try Something New
One thing I love about Wealthy Affiliate is that you can pursue your passion and make money at the same time. I'm the sort of person who would be bored to tears sticking with the same job for a lifetime. I'm almost 50, and over the course of my lifetime I've done mainstream jobs (corporate trainer) and some more unusual things (led funeral processions on horseback). I'm a doctor of psychology and am a licensed counselor. I've been a freelance writer for years, which evolved from magazine work to ebooks and writing for websites now. I also own an online travel agency with a specialized niche and teach psychology at an online school, as well as run a YouTube channel. I'm lucky enough to get income from all those endeavors.

Great post. I will be 50 this year and see reaching that age as a new beginning. It is great to have the opportunity to build a successful online business that will take you away from the corporate rat race. Can you really believe that 1964 was 50 years ago :)
Wow, parkwriter, envy you already, you are great, you have many passions which is very good and that will bring you income and did not leave from pay check to pay check and I am about to do the same and provided I learn as much as in the WA community and really agreed that here almost anything you need to know, you have it .WA a great place to progress and the tools are there for us to make full use of it.All the best for the new year 2014.
