I can get in to WA thru my Gmail but Not when I try to log in directly.
I get the above message.
I have checked and rechecked my username and my password,all to no avail!!
I am certain they are indeed correct.
Any suggestions?

Coming out of a nasty flu attack.
I'm not quite sure what part of our world you are in,but here in the U.S. 46/50 states are in a very bad flu season.
The vaccine being issued is in effect- ineffective !!
They say this is a strain not included in the vaccine!
Yet they still push people to take the injection ! Crazy !
Perhaps a Huge medical experiment?

I did not get the shot although I was supposed to. I did not get

Sounds like it's time for a support ticket. I never have a problem logging in to WA because I never log out. In fact I don't even know how to log out (LOL). ~Marion

I had that at times in the beginning, I never figured out why but it stopped happening after a while. Maybe you should contact Kyle? Regards, Kristina
There are no silly questions :) Just write Kyle in the box at the top where it says "Do you need help?" And then his name appears so you kan click on him. then you'll see a button that says Private Message and you click on that and just write your question :)

Do you have access as Admin?
Did you create another user with you as the Administrator?
Can you access from within WA?
