I came across this article today and just want to pass it along to all of you. Thanks to Rob Brezsny for being who he is. He is a leading light in mindful living, which is the focus of my website.

1. Do your best in every single thing you do -- whether it's
communicating precisely or upholding the highest possible standards at
your job or taking excellent care of yourself.

2. Maintain impeccable levels of integrity in everything you do -- whether
it's being scrupulously honest or thoroughly fair-minded or fiercely kind.

3. On the other hand, don't try so compulsively hard to do your best and
cultivate integrity that you get self-conscious and obstruct the flow of
your natural intelligence.

4. Make it your goal that no later than four years from now you will be

5. Give other people as much respect as you sincerely believe they
deserve.

6. Give yourself more respect.

7. Others?

Give yourself Credit for what you've already Accomplished in your personal or business aspect.

Great tips! Thanks for sharing

Helpful tips Pamela.

I have problems with #3 and that keeps me from accomplishing as much as I want to.

It's so easy to become compulsive about wanting to be your best. Just remember; it's OK to fail from time to time. It would be a disservice to your natural talent to become so focussed on being perfect that it holds you back from, well, just doing it! Dance like nobody's watching and reap the reward!

And hopefully that is what I do!
