I think what you're looking for is "Captions". You can add them when you add the images. Insert Image into a Post or Page

Can I get it back if I allowed the domain to expire? I repurchased the domain now. Do I need to start over from scratch?
You should contact your hosting's support. If it's the same host you had before, maybe they can restore it somehow (if it's even possible, I guess).

When will my DNS transfer to WA be registered so I can start building website?
It can take anything from a few minutes up to 48 hours. When it isn't there after 2 days, you need to get in touch with support, You can check where your DNS is pointing at https://whois.icann.org/en

I have and active domain website in WA which is gone. I also have one where the domain name expired. Anyone know if I can get these back?
I agree get a ticket on it asap, it might take a while for them to get back with you, it is late Thursday afternoon.
They disappeared in the last several months. I was not paying close enough attention at the time. I will try whatever I can to resolve but when I try to ask support I can't because they require the domain name for support and mine are no longer in the system.
