Progress has been slow but steady. The encouragement from the experienced members at WA has been great. I have titled this post “one Step at a time” because it reminds me of a song by Dolly Parton titled ‘one day at a time”.

I never knew I will get this far in learning about online business but WA has made it possible with the team of knowledgeable persons. The available information was overwhelming to absolve at a go. I finally have to take a conscious decision to focus on completing all the lessons. That decision has enabled me to complete lessons 1 & 2. Being new to content writing, the greatest challenge that keeps slowing me down was in getting a content ready each time it appears in the course of the lesson. I am constantly faced with the fear of writing content may be considered acceptable to readers.

Progress so far

I have been able to write and publish 5 posts with 3 indexed by Google. Am happy that am getting into the frame of mind to continue writing. The greatest joy I have derived from other WA members is in being urged on to continue even though to me what I have written does not fit in. I see this is a great moral booster and should be continued.

I have made many friends as well. The limitation in terms of number is because I consciously decided to put more time to learn the basics of content writing.

Achievements to date

My confidence level in content writing has increased considerably. I have overcome the initial fear of content writing.

I now know where to go for help when faced with different problems. This is very important because answers in the general platform may not come as quickly as desired and knowing where to go when you have problems increases ones confidence level. The site support has come in promptly in these circumstances.

Plans and goals for the next 3 months

My plan in the short term is to complete the remaining lessons and to know how to incorporate my chosen niche into any post that I will generate thereafter. Levels 1 and 2 lessons did not dwell on linking niche into post, therefore I am still waiting so that I will incorporate when it is discussed in any of the other lessons. Am also looking forward to a lesson that deals with selecting Affiliate programs involving identified or chosen niche

I intend to write more post that will focus on my chosen niche. As at now all my posts can be classified as introductory.
