Don't Bite More Than You Can Digest
DanceYourFeetOff.com has been updated with a new theme and I've almost filled all the main pages.
I'm really telling you this because it came after a long period of feeling stressed and irritated that I didn't have enough time or patience to do this. Truth was that I built out my pages before I built the content out on them. I had 7 menu items with blank pages. These empty pages sat over my head and made me feel overwhelmed and lazy. So POOF! I figured out the trick...
Don't bite off more than you can digest! There's SO MUCH to learn that it's a never ending process. I had to trim the fat. I AM working hard and I AM learning! A TON! So these negative feelings about what I want to be my full time business NEED TO GO!!
My proper form from now on will be to build my websites framework and then the menu. The pages get added to the menu, as needed, WITH CONTENT. I don't think it's good practice to leave blank pages floating about for Google to unrank anyways. This doesn't mean you can't keep up on your blog, but trust me, you'll be less stressed out!
Write a schedule, leave a sticky note, private message someone, research on the internet, watch tutorials, open your mind to the possibilities that lay ahead!
Thank you to the ambassadors, fellow WA members and everyone who's helped!!

I think about a little piece at at time. I set my goals for the day and if I exceed my goals, then it was a really good day!
NIce, I didn't know other people did this too. I though I was the only one with empty pages hanging.
I try to think about one little piece at a time, like "today I'm going to do x". Then if I manage to do more it's a bonus. It can all be so overwhelming, particularly if like me you have so much to learn. I can definitely relate to this. Keep going!
I can relate to this big time. Great advice, consider my empty pages gone. Also glad that im not the only one feeling this way, LOL
I have done the same I'm now going to delete the empty pages i have been thinking about this and you have just confirmed it for me thanks

yep, I don't like having empty pages sitting there either, it doesn't leave visitors with a good impression to click on pages and see nothing
