Last time I wrote about Twitch being a platform to start streaming your own content.
Quick Note On Own Content
I noticed through the comments that people were very focussed on the gaming content. Also people didn't see the value of the platform or how it could be a proper model of earning.
Twitch isn't just limited to gaming content. You can stream any passion or hobby on this platform. Even if you think that isn't fitting enough to your liking, you could very easily just use the Twitch (or Mixer or Youtube or the new name for another platform of the same type) platform to run Q&A's on your niche.

People can now come to your stream to ask you questions directly, see your emotions and get to learn more about you and your passion/brand/niche. Above all they can meet like-minded people through this platform. It will also create brand awareness and it is a platform where you can freely post your (affiliate) links to related products and services.
Now I'd like to show you what else you can use this platform for.

Twitch Influencers
There are many big streamers on Twitch. These channels have a great influence on their audience. The audience is following their every move and value their content. Even smaller streamers do well on the authority segment. After all, it is currently the long-tail of Twitch that is bringing in the most views on the platform.

Reaching out to a Twitch Influencer with your product or niche related website, in return for something that you can offer them, will help you big time in reaching out to new visitors, customers etc.
Think about it.
NB: The whole influencer thing works also extremely well on social media.
Twitch Advertising
Twitch is also a platform that is monetized. Twitch Partners gain revenue from ads, while Twitch Affiliates and non-affiliated streamers won't. Twitch is gaining most ad revenue. This is all since Amazon is the owner of the Twitch platform.

You can also advertise on Twitch and I am pretty sure it isn't as expensive as TV advertising. You can most likely select many demographic specifications for your advertisements, so that you will get the most specific outreach for your platform.
There you have it, more ways to utilize Twitch for your business!
