My First $100 Month
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know that this past month I have just earned more than $100. This has come from just one post where I review 5 different genealogy software programs and comes from the top program.
I am really happy with this because past months I was earning $50, So to double this is great.
I have been doing this for over a year now and have amassed 144 posts. I have had some ups and downs, but now I am starting to see an upturn.
When I first started to create my site I was concentrating more on informative posts rather than giving reviews. Now that I know that this really does work I want to write more reviews about programs, sites, DNA testing and whatever else that I can think of.
I am really positive about the future. I can't wait to see what happens.

The huge amount of informative post may not be great at earning you revenue but its a great knowledge base for your potential customers to learn from and build huge amounts of trust. So your reviews will be much more authoritative.
Also when you have done more reviews remember to go through your info posts with links to your reviews where ever that is applicable. (Sales Funnel)

Thank you for your feedback. When I first started to create my site I was more interested in writing informative posts so that I could develop my writing style. I did keep in mind that these posts could be linked to my reviews. And I have done that on several of them.
I did write a number of review before posts but now it's time to concentrate on review posts. I have lots of ideas about what to review so I am really excited right now about this.
As for my traffic it's hovering over about 150 visitors a day. My visitors had taken a dive before because of my over-enthusiasm with affiliate links on a post. Google didn't like this and so my site suffered. But it looks like now my fortunes are turning for the better.
