Do you know that..............

A lot of people came into affiliate marketing looking for a way to improve or boost their income. Many yielded to catch phrases such "make money through your website", "making money online". "earn a residual income from the comfort of your house", etc. But no sooner do they register and begin the training, that the reality of what they are into begins to unfold. It is getting more cumbersome that they imagined, although, interesting.

As the days start to mount over one another, the expectation to earn some money begins to suffer different strokes. Some will back out and some will embrace the new-found ideas and begin to find a way of making it work. To those who backed out, we can only wish them success in whatever they choose to do. Our focus is on some of us that have chosen to stay and work it out.

The Apostle Paul in the Bible while praying for the people of Ephesus said "that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, that you be strengthened with might, by His spirit in the inner man".

The import of this prayer is that, the Apostle's audience will be motivated by forces inside of them rather that what they see physically, and this is my wish and prayer for everyone that are yet to find their bearing in this endeavor.

Why do you need this inner strength?

1. The world today is driven by a sense of success. And success that is physically evident. Most times, the initial successes in affiliate marketing are not evidential. So if there is no inward strength, one may likely discount such success.

2. There is a divine purpose for everything we do in life. Of course, one may purpose to get involved and earn extra income or to build a business, but God, may want to equip you with the knowledge that will help others, which will eventually bring you money, but not from your expected source and your expected time.

3. Anything good and enduring is not found in common places. Gold, diamonds, rubies, crude oil, etc, are hidden deep down in the ground and it requires serious effort and investment to get any of them. While the effort to get any of these mineral deposits is ongoing, there is no earning of any sort.

4. You are the only person that can best encourage yourself.

What gives inner strength?

- Keep working on your goals. Continue to take steps towards the actualization of your vision. Little drops of water makes an ocean, they say. You will be amazed in the process of time, what you would have achieved, if you continue to take steady little steps.

- Count your blessings. Celebrate and be proud of your achievements, no matter how minute.

- As much as it is great to interact with one another in the community, do not compete with anyone. Concentrate on your race. It is an individual affair. Your referral may rank higher that you, please appreciate yourself and know that it is not a rat race.

- Delight in the new knowledge that you have acquired. The new friends you have made. New frontiers you have broken.

- Keep hope alive. This is crucial as it is the driving force.

On a personal note

am just amazed with what I have been able to achieve since joining Wealthy Affiliate.

I have never built a website in my life. In less that 2 months, I have two functioning websites both indexed by google (https://innovationmarketingideas.com and https://imird.com).

I am constantly learning how to improve the contents on my websites. They are not super yet, but the good thing is, I am not resting on my oars.

One of my websites has been approved by some leading advertisers for their affiliate programs.

I am regularly interacting with great minds here. Thanks to Kyle, Carson, Jay and all of you great guys here.

The room for improvement is the biggest in the world. But before going in there, let me go for some celebration. I deserve it.
